Water reuse testing - These poorly balanced fire water tanks for a hanger deluge system under test - which was aborted because tank water return was only to first tank which overfilled and actually lifted the tank top.
Due to pump cavitation the required test flow could not be achieved.
This is bad design and readily remedied.
